Job summary

H3X Technologies in Louisville, KY is seeking a test engineering intern to support R&D and production testing across the HPDM product line. This is not an ordinary internship; you will be given full responsibility of a test engineer in a fast-paced, small team.

Responsibilities include design and analysis, prototyping and manufacturing, testing and validation, integration, and other duties. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree with a 3.0+ GPA, hands-on assembly and

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Hands-on experience assembling mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with product testing.
• SolidWorks proficient (or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional understanding of fundamentals.
• Action biased, results-driven mentality.
• Willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and analysis of test concepts for HPDM products.
• Prototype builds and involvement with manufacturing processes.
• Testing and validation of test rigs and components.
• System integration across test setups.
• Other responsibilities as needed to support R&D and production testing.
