Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for R&D Tax Credits. You will develop executive-level relationships with Small and Mid-Market employers and partner with ADP's Accountant Partner Channel to maximize credits available to them.

Daily, you will collaborate with internal ADP sales partners across multiple units, establish relationships with external partners, and leverage data to self-generate opportunities, supported by ADP's Tax Credits Operations team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successfully selling into the business community, preferably in Tax Credit sales.
• 30-40% travel; in-person at an ADP sales office minimum once per week.
• Prior quota-carrying experience (preferred).
• Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals in your geography.
• Develop an annual business plan and determine sales activity goals.
• Use Salesforce and participate in targeted marketing campaigns.
• Establish relationships with external Centers of Influence (accounting firms, VCs, industry groups, bankers).
