Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Business Analyst for Digital Manufacturing to serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating needs into scalable digital solutions aligned with our technology roadmap.

You will partner with manufacturing, quality, IT, and external vendors to gather and translate requirements, define future-state capabilities, support validation, and help optimize processes across MES, SAP, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or quality.
• Experience with MES, SAP, SQL Server and relational databases.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; works independently.
• Experience with ALM, upgrades, and sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Digital Manufacturing and Quality tech landscape and data flows.
• Learn manufacturing and quality processes to optimize objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate needs into requirements.
• Define current and future-state capabilities to inform design and changes.
• Support vendor and system integrator activities, RFIs, and SLAs.
• Assist with deployment, validation, and ongoing platform support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Provide advanced application support across the digital landscape.
