Job summary

Campbell’s is seeking a Senior Analyst – Application Operations to join the Data Analytics and AI Operations team. You will operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve enterprise data platforms, ensuring reliable data pipelines and actionable insights.

You will work with Databricks, Snowflake, ADF, Informatica, Python, SQL, MicroStrategy and Power BI to deliver scalable data solutions and support AI capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake; knowledge of cloud data platforms.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy).
• Understanding of data modeling, data quality, governance, lineage, metadata, and security.
• Experience with production support, incident management, monitoring, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on Data Engineering and Data Analytics across enterprise data platforms.
• Build, monitor, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data jobs.
• Develop Python/SQL automation to improve efficiency.
• Support data pipelines across SAP and cloud applications.
• Develop Power BI/MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics.
• Maintain data models, semantic layers, and trusted datasets.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
