Evanhoe and Associates is seeking an Application Systems Analyst II to analyze, implement, and support enterprise business applications. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective technology solutions.

The role includes troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and production support, with opportunities to participate in deployments, upgrades, and system integrations. Remote work with flexible collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise business applications or IT systems.
Experience with COTS/enterprise software like Flexera FNMS is preferred.
Knowledge of SDLC and strong troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications for performance and availability.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned applications and business units.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Provide Tier II end-user support and coordinate with developers and vendors.
Support deployments, upgrades, patches, and software integrations.
