Job summary

Responsibilities

• Application Lifecycle Management: Owns complex application features end-to-end (design → build → test → deploy → support).
• Business Analysis & Solution Design: Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications and designs digital solutions.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develops and executes test plans to ensure software reliability and production readiness.
• Operational Support & Incident Management: Resolves complex issues and leads major incident response and problem management.
• Training, Documentation & Knowledge Management: Designs training programs and end-user documentation for knowledge transfer.
• Collaboration & Vendor Partnership: Works with vendors, developers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate releases and adoption of new functionality.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Mentors junior analysts and defines support standards and best practices.
