Amgen’s Grad Intern – R&D Execution, Strategy & Operations (Summer 2027) offers hands-on experience across Strategy, Portfolio & Program Management, R&D Business Operations, and R&D Knowledge & Learning. The 12-week internship is project-based and experiential, integrating with cross-functional teams to advance R&D EOS initiatives.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Currently enrolled in MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or Ph.D. program and will have completed first year by internship start.

Responsabilidades

• Intern will be an integral member of the R&D EOS organization.
• Support a project within one functional area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve R&D competitiveness.
• Synthesize information and develop recommendations with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Present deliverables at intern-wide poster session and to executive management.
