Campbell Soup Company is seeking an R&D Scientist I to drive product development from idea through commercialization. The role involves working with cross‑functional teams across Marketing, CCID, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to develop and validate new shelf-stable products.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Food Science or related field and at least 2 years of food product development experience, including internships or Co-Op roles.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Food Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of food product development experience, including internships/co-op/contractor roles counted toward experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage technical timelines for multi-project product development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CCID, and Commercialization Planning to define milestones.
• Lead projects from concept to commercialization based on design criteria and consumer insights.
• Define ingredient handling and blending equipment needs for trials.
• Lead pilot plant and vendor trials to meet product specs and consumer expectations.
• Establish shelf-life studies and conduct benchmarking and gap analyses.
