Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking an R&D Scientist I to execute projects across Soup & Broth portfolios, exploring new processing tech, ingredients, and consumer testing.

You will partner with Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Packaging, Engineering and Operations to move products from development to manufacturing, while focusing on margin, nutrition, and scale-up feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Food Science or related field.
• 2 years of food product development experience desired; internships counted.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage technical timelines for multiple product development projects.
• Provide technical guidance to R&D PD teams for product design and manufacturing.
• Lead trials in pilot plant and co-packers to define finished product specs.
• Incorporate consumer test results into prototypes and cost targets.
• Communicate project risks and mitigation strategies to cross-functional partners.
