Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Wendell, NC is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple development projects in the medium and low voltage domain. You will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery in a global, matrixed environment.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field; 7+ years in PM and 4+ years using MS Project, Agile, or SAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or other technical field.
7+ years of project management experience in an R&D, product development, or engineering environment.
4+ years of experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Agile, SAP); ability to work in a global matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Define, plan, and manage R&D projects through all development phases.
Oversee scope, timelines, milestones, and budget for multiple projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear stakeholder communication.
Identify risks and dependencies early; conduct reviews to align with global R&D objectives.
