Job summary

This hybrid US role requires 3+ years in power distribution, MS Office and MS Project proficiency, and travel up to 20%. PMP is a plus and certification within 1 year is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years in power distribution managing medium voltage portfolios.
• 3+ years using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• 1+ year working with multi-disciplinary teams, including program management, services, engineering, operations, and logistics.
• Must have a valid US Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Manage the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s).
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Lead and drive multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams, including engineering, operations, vendor management, logistics and services to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide regular updates to team, management, and PMO on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status.
• Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Proactive Risk identification and Mitigation.
• Manage customer expectations across project cycle and lead single and multi-product medium voltage solutions projects.
• Direct diagnostics with the ability to determine root cause and corrective actions.
