Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- 5+ years designing/delivering electrical power distribution, substation, or utility systems.
- Experience with MV protection and control technologies (SCADA, IEC 61850, DNP3).
- Ability to review electrical schematics and identify risks or improvements.
- Experience managing Bills of Material in SAP or similar ERP.
- US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical outcomes for MV substation and utility projects from feasibility to handover.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, utilities, and EPC partners.
- Drive engineering execution and integrate Siemens and third-party technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead quality, scalability, and efficiency initiatives.
