Job summary

Malarkey Roofing Products is seeking a Project Manager, Research and Development to lead and execute innovative product development initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage Stage Gate processes, and drive commercialization plans while ensuring alignment with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Five years of experience leading cross-functional teams through structured projects, Stage Gate, commercialization, cost-reduction, or continuous improvement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, develop business cases, define scope, deliverables and metrics, assess risks, manage resources, and provide clear recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive execution of assigned projects within the Amrize Innovation System from Business Case through Commercialization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure Gate information is accurate and timely.
• Develop Stage Gate documentation and SOPs for each product type.
• Define project scopes, deliverables, and milestones; manage quarterly and Gate review materials.
• Monitor progress, manage scope and schedules, resolve issues, and provide updates to senior management.
