Job summary

Midé Technology seeks an experienced Project Manager in Woburn, MA to lead complex projects from planning through delivery. You will collaborate with engineering management to balance workloads and ensure milestones are met while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

The role requires 7+ years in PM, 2+ years in management, and familiarity with government R&D. PMP is preferred and U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of Project Management experience.
• 2+ years managerial experience.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, MS Teams, Jira).
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional methodology.
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills.
• Familiarity with government R&D.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with engineering management to establish engineer workload.
• Manages complex projects from planning through delivery.
• Liaises between project members, cross functional teams, external vendors and other stakeholders to ensure risks, deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans are communicated.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, milestones and deadlines. Communicates schedule changes to all stakeholders.
• Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
• Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
• Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans. Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
• Duties may include business development activities with external parties, including but not limited to US Government entities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency with several project management tools (MS Project, ME Teams, Jira, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional methodology
• Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
• Familiarity with government R&D
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• BS Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 7 years of Project Management experience
• 2+ years managerial Experience
