Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide administrative project oversight within the Research and Development Operations portfolio in the San Antonio market.

You will work with program managers, investigators, and customers to meet programmatic goals. Responsibilities include coordinating asset management, reporting, onboarding, purchasing, and contract support.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with federal budget processes and office automation tools.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgement on problems.
• Coordinate multiple complex programs and systems simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management principles and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative project oversight under supervision; assist in reports and data tracking.
• Oversee asset management, onboarding, purchasing, and contract support tasks.
• Coordinate with government and non-government points-of-contact; support proposals.
• Monitor study performance and support development of new protocols as needed.
• Assist in data collection and analysis for grant submissions and publications.
