The role includes coordinating asset management, reporting, and administration (Mural Health; ClinCards; REDCap) for the R&D Operations portfolio in the San Antonio market, collaborating with program managers and scientists. Reports to the portfolio Sr.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0-2 years experience required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Under supervision, ensures terms and conditions of the award are adhered.
• Assists in timely completion and submission of required reports.
• Monitors study performance and oversees development and implementation of new protocols.
• Communicates with internal staff and external customers; negotiates with vendors for quotes.
• Provides administrative support such as hiring, purchasing, and tracking progress.
• Assists in collection, maintenance, analysis, and evaluation of data for grant submissions, presentations, and publications.
• May include budgetary responsibility (plan/forecast).
• May perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
