The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine is seeking a Sponsored Program Administrator I to oversee the lifecycle of sponsored research projects from pre-award proposals to post-award financial and non-financial management.

The role entails budgeting, compliance checks, and acting as a liaison between faculty, departments, and external sponsors to negotiate and administer grants and contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience.
• Experience with federal budget processes and grant/contract regulations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare grant proposals including budgets, justifications, site approvals, and biosketches; manage submission.
• Oversee financial and non-financial administration of funded projects, including budget tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines and regulatory requirements; liaise with PI, departments, and sponsors.
