• Serve as a principal operational resource to the Senior Program Manager (PM IV) in executing Center priorities and long-term objectives.
• Track strategic initiatives, deliverables, decisions, and priorities with follow-through and accountability.
• Develop, monitor, and improve administrative processes, workflows, and performance measures.
