Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) seeks a Sponsored Program Administrator I to oversee the lifecycle of sponsored research projects from pre-award to post-award.

You will coordinate budget reviews, compliance checks, and award administration while liaising with faculty, departments, and sponsors. Based in Bethesda, MD, the role requires strong budgeting, regulatory knowledge, and project-management skills to ensure timely proposals, accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience required.
• Strong knowledge of federal grant and contract regulations.
• Experience with budget development and oversight.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit grant proposals with budgets and SOW.
• Manage post-award financial and non-financial activities.
• Monitor compliance with sponsor guidelines.
• Liaise with Principal Investigators, departments, and sponsors.
• Support up to six PIs and manage awards up to $10M.
