Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks a Sponsored Program Administrator I to manage the full lifecycle of sponsored research projects, from pre-award proposals through post-award financial and non-financial management.

The role will facilitate proposal development, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a liaison between faculty, departments, and external sponsors to negotiate and manage grants and contracts.

Formación

• Experience managing sponsored programs from pre-award to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations (e.g., FAR/GAAP) and compliance.
• Excellent communication with faculty and sponsors.
