Jugabet is seeking a Mobile User Acquisition Specialist to lead campaign testing across Google UAC, ASA, and other paid channels. You will own ASO, perform keyword research, and coordinate with creative and analytics teams to refine testing roadmaps.

A strong grasp of CPA, CPI, ROMI, and LTV is required. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in mobile UA and hands-on experience with major UAC/ASA platforms, ASO tools, and MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Google UAC and/or Apple Search Ads.
• ASO experience with tools like AppTweak, ASOMobile or Sensor Tower.
• Experience with MMP/tracking tools AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Solid knowledge of mobile marketing metrics: CPA, CPI, ROMI, LTV.

Responsibilities

• Research, test, and launch campaigns on Google UAC, Apple Search Ads (ASA), Telegram Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, and other paid acquisition channels
• Own App Store Optimization (ASO) including keyword research, metadata, and creative testing
• Identify, evaluate, and pilot new traffic sources and acquisition channels relevant to iGaming
• Design and run structured tests for creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting signals
• Analyze test results, build hypotheses, and document learnings to inform acquisition strategy
• Manage creative asset feeds and audience/conversion signals to optimize automated bidding
• Collaborate with creative, ASO, and analytics teams to align testing roadmaps
• Monitor competitor ASO strategies, store trends, and algorithm updates
• Track and report on channel performance using CPA, ROMI, IPM, and conversion rate metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition
• Hands-on experience with Google UAC and/or Apple Search Ads
• Practical experience with ASO and tools like AppTweak, ASOMobile, or Sensor Tower
• Experience with MMP/tracking tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
• Solid understanding of mobile marketing metrics (CPA, CPI, ROMI, LTV)
• Mandatory experience in iGaming or another regulated/high-competition vertical
• Experience with Telegram Ads or X Ads is a strong plus
