Actalent is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for design, development, and analysis of hardware products. You will create CAD models, detailed drawings, and specifications while ensuring compliance with ASME Y14.100 and GD&T standards.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, present technical data, and support multiple projects with strong prioritization and communication. The role offers remote work flexibility with potential onsite collaboration in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a STEM field with 5–10 years of related mechanical design experience.
• Proven structural, mechanical, and hardware design experience.
• Hands-on CAD experience with ASME Y14.100 drawings and GD&T.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, implement, and analyze mechanical and hardware products.
• Develop detailed drawings and models using configuration management.
• Review technical docs to ensure requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and milestones.
• Deliver technical reports and design recommendations to teams.
