The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking motivated individuals for the R&D Leadership Development Program to prepare for a Chemist track within the Performance Coatings Group. The 8-12 month program provides deep-dive exposure to R&D and may require relocation for program and future opportunities.

Starting January 2027 at the Brecksville Morikis Global Technology Center, you will work in Automotive R&D within Performance Coatings and may pursue a post-program promotion on the Chemist track.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in science or technical field by start of program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Previous experience working on projects in a lab environment.
• Must be open to relocation for program and post-program positions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Must be able to retrieve materials and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Gain deep exposure to R&D within the Performance Coatings Group.
• Develop skills across chemistry, formulation, and project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technical Services.
• Relocate as needed for program and future opportunities.
• Work alongside senior chemists and contribute to ongoing projects.
