The Sherwin-Williams Company in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking motivated individuals for the R&D Leadership Development Program. This 8–12 month training track develops key skills to pursue a Chemist role within our Performance Coatings Group, supporting automotive, coil, industrial wood, and other divisions.

Participants relocate as needed for the program and for post-program opportunities, begin in January 2027 at the Bowling Green Plant, and will work closely with senior chemists while

Qualificações

• Must have Bachelor's degree in science or technical field by start of program.
• Must have a minimum GPA: 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Must have previous experience working on projects in a lab environment
• Must be open to relocation based on business need for this position, and again for post program position and promotional opportunities
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Must have at least one year of experience using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the Leadership Development Program to gain deep-dive experience in R&D.
• Position will lead toward a Chemist track within the Performance Coatings Group after program completion.
• Relocation may be required for the program and for future placements.
