Thales is recruiting for a 2027 Research and Development Graduate in Reading. This entry-level programme spans three years with the option to rotate in Year 3 around the country across different business units to experience varied engineering lifecycles.

You will design and develop engineering solutions while being mentored by the Engineering Leadership team. The scheme provides a structured learning pathway, opportunities to work on exciting new and existing products, and a chance to build a

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject from an accredited program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for engineering challenges.
• Willingness to rotate across UK locations in Year 3 of the programme.
• Interest in building engineering solutions and working on new and existing products.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Rotate in Year 3 to gain wider exposure across business units.
• Follow a structured learning pathway with sponsorship from Engineering Leadership.
