The two-year program includes two rotations, exposure to office and field environments, and mentorship to build technical, business, and leadership capabilities, preparing you for a long-term Worley career within a global team.

Formación

• Completed or current pursuit of engineering/PM/Construction degree with academic focus on project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability applying academic learning to real-world problems.
• Exposure to design, project controls, or construction practices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineering, project services, and construction activities across the project lifecycle.
• Participate in rotations through office and field environments to gain practical experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project documentation.
