Indeed is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our R&D FP&A team as a strategic partner to Engineering, Product, and Business Technology leaders. You will lead financial modeling, headcount planning, growth optimization, and ROI analysis to enable data-driven decision-making.

You will be the primary finance contact for business reviews and cross-functional initiatives, directly impacting strategy and providing impactful forecasting for a growing product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Excel skills and be able to build robust financial models.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Strong data-backed problem solving and business acumen.
• Proven communications skills and ability to present to executives.
• Project and time management skills to handle multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and prepare managers for executive reviews.
• Support global headcount modeling and planning.
• Perform monthly financial reporting including variance analysis and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets monthly and quarterly.
• Assist senior management with special projects to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and track key performance metrics for business operations and benchmarking.
