Chem-Pak, Inc in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a full-time formulation scientist to develop and evaluate aerosol and liquid formulations. You will research raw materials, design experiments, and run lab tests to assess stability and performance.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field, 2-5 years of formulation/R&D experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to document results and collaborate with operations to scale up from lab to manufacturing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of formulation, product development, or applied R&D experience.
• Experience with aerosol products, coatings, adhesives, household chemicals, or similar products preferred.
• Knowledge of experimental design and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Strong laboratory skills and familiarity with analytical testing methods.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and technical writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with LIMS or laboratory documentation systems is a plus.

• Analyzing data and preparing technical reports and recommendations
