Job summary

You will lead formulation development, scale-up, and cross-functional collaboration to bring new products to market. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering, 4+ years in aerosol product development, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience developing and implementing aerosol based consumer products.
• Working knowledge and proven experience in aerosol product development and implementation.
• Understanding of aerosol packaging and its direct impact on overall product performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and implementation of new formulations; provide technical support for the Underarm portfolio in personal care.
• Drive formula development, validation, scale-up (in collaboration with Supply Chain), and final implementation.
• Build project plans that align with business objectives by applying technical expertise in experimental design, measurement science, and formulation.
• Independently manage multiple concurrent technical projects while leveraging internal and external resources effectively.
• Partner across Marketing, Supply Chain, Insights and Quality to enable cross-functional collaboration.
