Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision, create and prepare formulas for customer evaluation, stability, promotions, and proofs of concept.
• Assist with new product development from formula creation, reverse engineering, reformulation, and production readiness.
• Provide technical assistance to production and quality.
• Support technical transfer of documents.
• Maintain specifications, launch records, and related data.
• Provide technical information to supply chain for sourcing and procurement.
• Source chemicals from warehouse or vendors for samples.
