IKI Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Product Development Chemist II to support new product development for personal care, pet care, household, automotive, and other sectors.

The role entails formulating, testing, and documenting progress under the head of R&D, with a hybrid laboratory/office work setting in Edgerton, WI. The ideal candidate holds a chemistry-related Bachelor's degree and has wet chemistry and data handling capabilities, along with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology required.
• Experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and prepare formulas for customer evaluation, stability, and concept testing.
• Assist with new product development from formula creation, reformulation, and production readiness.
• Provide technical support to production and quality teams.
• Support the technical transfer of documents and maintain specifications and launch records.
• Maintain accurate inventory for R&D lab chemicals and components.
• Procure regulatory documentation to support product development.
