This role will head up a small team in R & D developing aerosol products. The base salary for the role is up to $160,000 plus 10% bonus, health, dental, vision & 401k.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the R & D Formulation team
• Lead in the development and approval of SOPs
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert on all formulation matters
• Be the primary contact for customers regarding formulation decisions

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor of Science degree with at least 5 years’ laboratory experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in the personal care or related industry
• Excellent knowledge of R & D IT systems
• Strong technical formulation skills
• Ideally, experience in formulating aerosol products
