Job summary

Advanced RX Management is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with the Revenue Cycle Management team and support the CFO with forecasting, budgeting, and investor reporting. The role focuses on owning analysis and processes, communicating insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in FP&A, strong Excel modeling skills, and experience presenting to executives. Healthcare/RCM exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills: modeling and data reshaping.
• Ability to interpret data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience building financial models and supporting forecasting/budgeting at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as FP&A partner to RCM, translating billing, collections and AR data into insights.
• Interpret BI reports to identify trends, variances and outliers for operations and business.
• Own recurring FP&A reporting for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and KPIs.
• Assist CFO with monthly forecasting and budgeting.
• Support investor meeting preparation and financial modeling.
• Lead budget-vs-forecast reviews with department leaders and executives.
