Job summary

Maverick Power is seeking a Product Engineer to bridge manufacturing and design engineering for robust power distribution solutions. You will help develop BOMs, drawings, and component substitutions, applying design-for-manufacturing principles to reduce complexity and build time.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and provide technical field support during installation and commissioning, both remotely and onsite as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Technical School or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (2+ years) preferred.
• Familiarity with UL standards (UL 891/67/1558/508A) and NEC/NFPA 70E is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between production and design engineering.
• Review mechanical and electrical designs using 3D CAD for power distribution.
• Provide feedback on mechanical/electrical designs to engineers.
