Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years in architectural coatings formulation, product development, process engineering, scale-up, or manufacturing support.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation to support technical recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting project timelines and deliverables.
• Proficiency with standard engineering and data analysis software tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute technical assignments, identify risks and opportunities, develop recommendations, and lead portions of projects with limited supervision.
• Provide engineering support (DOE designs, failure mode studies, data analysis, formulation/processing recommendations, and test batch) throughout product development to ensure new product launch success.
• Identify technologies and conduct data analysis to meet performance requirements.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Establish experiments with proper design parameters; analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
