Qualifications

8+ years of experience in coating formulation and applications.
5+ years of supervising direct reports and people development.
Customer-facing interaction experience and track record in product development.

Responsibilities

Lead the portfolio of technical programs for OEM Industrial Wood products.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to align development with needs and timelines.
Drive customer-focused solutions and ensure timely delivery under high demand.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and launches.
