Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math field.
• 1 year coatings experience with epoxy/urethane/color/raw materials focus.
• Familiarity with application and troubleshooting of industrial coatings.
• Practical understanding of spectral measurement data.
• Computer knowledge for basic inputting, communication, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes experiments; performs basic test methods and analyzes results.
• Maintains accurate documentation of lab work and project updates.
• Communicates within department and network of contacts.
• Works under supervision; sets own timelines with minimal supervision changes.
• Contributes to moderately complex projects with solutions.
• Writes detailed technical reports to communicate ideas clearly.
• Adheres to quality standards per Global Business Management System.
• Complies with safety and security regulations; keeps a clean work area.
