Job summary

Olin is seeking a R&D Engineer Co-op for a 6-month June–December rotation in Angleton, Texas. The role focuses on supporting Epoxy R&D and Technical Services through data analysis, experiments, and research, with an emphasis on new product development.

The program requires full-time availability, sophomore year completion, and eligibility to work in the United States. Housing stipend is available, and sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as an undergraduate Chemical Engineering student.
• GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale; official transcript required each term.
• Must have completed sophomore year (60 credits) prior to first rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects during the rotation.
• Plan and execute lab experiments according to project plans.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and communicate findings.
• Conduct literature searches to deepen technical understanding and validate hypotheses.
