Job summary

Amcor in Wisconsin seeks an experienced R&D professional to support and advance packaging innovations. You will interact with customers and internal teams to design and implement products that meet market needs and business goals.

The role emphasizes applying scientific methods, DOE and statistical analyses, plus project management in a manufacturing R&D or process environment. A collaborative, curious mindset is essential.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Polymer Science.
  • 2-3+ years technical experience in manufacturing R&D or process roles.
  • Experience applying DOE and statistical analysis; ability to manage projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical voice to customers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Drive design, development and implementation of products and processes aligned to customer needs.
  • Support Stage Gate programs and risk management principles.
  • Plan, execute and analyze production trials with DOE and Lean methods.
