Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a senior R&D leader to drive advanced material science initiatives within a global manufacturing context. You will lead stage-gate programs, mentor junior staff, and deliver cross-functional technical solutions across multiple markets and technologies.

The role requires a PhD or graduate degree preferred, 15+ years of experience, and a strong background in chemical engineering, materials science, or polymer science.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a technical capacity within a global manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to implement platform solutions collaboratively with tools and methodologies.
• PhD or Graduate degree strongly preferred for advanced research leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs in stage gate to support launches and scale-up.
• Provide expert technical support across multiple products and processes.
