Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking new graduates to join our R&D team in Neenah, WI. You will support development programs, applying scientific methods to create customer-valued solutions and drive profitable growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration across engineering, operations, and quality to advance products from concept to commercialization. Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Polymer Science, with experience in DoE, statistics, and project

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Polymer Science preferred).
  • Experience with scientific methodology (DoE and Statistical Analysis) and basic project management tools.
  • Co-op or industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Curious, adaptable learner with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to programs, providing solutions valued by customers and driving profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive design, development and implementation of products/processes.
  • Exchange standard technical information with customers and stakeholders to solve technical needs.
  • Support projects within the innovation pipeline and collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality to resolve technical challenges.
  • Contribute to the definition of critical-to-quality specifications and author development technical specifications, waivers, etc.
  • Assist with Stage Gate programs while learning risk management principles and processes.
