Job summary
Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated invites students to join a 6-month R&D & DTE Sourcing Co-op. You will gain hands-on experience in spend analysis, dashboard reporting, and managing RFX processes within a collaborative team.
The program runs January through June 2027 in a hybrid/on-site setting in the United States, with a rolling application approach and a November 15, 2026 deadline. Compensation ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, with benefits through our partner agency.
Qualifications
- Must have completed at least two years of undergraduate coursework in sourcing, procurement, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship for internships/co-ops.
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week January–June 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of spend categories (biology/chemistry services, biospecimens, regulatory affairs).
- Build spend reports and dashboards (Excel & Power BI).
- Assist with RFX processes (Information, Quotation, Proposal) and project management.
