Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking a strategic IT partner to translate business strategy into IT roadmaps and to collaborate with DSCS and IT teams on digital initiatives. The role focuses on shaping digital capabilities within CMC and enabling productive, innovative outcomes across R&D and manufacturing interfaces.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional efforts, align IT strategy with business needs, and drive a digital mindset, while partnering with DSCS Digital Teams on capability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related scientific field.
• Experience partnering with R&D/DSCS and IT teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic planning with the DSCS Business Technology Partner.
• Identify and support multi-disciplinary teams to execute projects.
• Communicate IT strategy and portfolio to stakeholders in R&D and IT.
• Develop current and future landscapes for CMC with digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Line Leads to optimize user experience.
