Job summary

MSD Malaysia invites a Digital Strategy & Insights Intern to contribute to digital transformation and analytics initiatives within our Global Support Division. You will build dashboards, analyze data, and support AI/automation projects to improve processes and user experiences.

Gaining exposure to strategy development, change management, and executive communications, you’ll work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment and prepare insights for leadership discussions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Interest in digital transformation, data, automation, and AI.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across business functions.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to identify insights and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools.
• Assist with AI, automation, and workflow enablement projects.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and digital best practices.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
• Support business case development and value realization tracking.
• Help prepare executive presentations, communications, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of digital solutions.
