Job summary

MSD is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Transformation to build the digital foundation enabling AI-powered capabilities across Global Sourcing & Procurement. You will connect business processes, systems and data for automation, analytics and scalable AI across a global organization.

You will lead hands-on solution development, balancing strategy, architecture, and execution to deliver measurable value with a build-and-learn approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years in digital transformation, technology, analytics or related fields.
• Experience across enterprise platforms, data ecosystems and processes to deliver outcomes.
• Hands-on with SAP, ERP platforms, SQL, Databricks, Power Platform, Celonis and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Map the end-to-end ecosystem of processes, systems, data, analytics and UX across Global Supplier Management & Procurement.
• Orchestrate alignment of business priorities, digital initiatives, reporting, applications and a data foundation for AI.
• Develop prototypes, analytics, automation, and scalable solutions using SQL, Databricks, Power Platform and SAP.
• Establish metrics and ensure capabilities deliver measurable business outcomes.
