Job summary

Merck seeks an IT Business Partner to advance DSCS digital capabilities, shaping strategy and partnering with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver user-centric solutions across discovery, analytics, and manufacturing interfaces.

You will translate GMP/CMC context into IT opportunities, align with Product Line Leads, and promote a digital mindset while enabling capital projects and complex workflows in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, biology, chemistry, or other relevant scientific degree.
Strong relationship-building and partnership with stakeholders.
Understanding GMP and CMC interface and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Support strategic planning for DSCS Business Technology Partner and design user-centric solutions.
Identify and partner with multi-disciplinary teams to execute projects.
Communicate IT strategy and portfolio to stakeholders and foster digital initiatives.
Develop landscapes for CMC overlaying digital capabilities.
Collaborate with Product Line Leads to ensure optimal user experience and tools.
Foster digital thinking with DSCS Digital Teams and outline IT capabilities for capital projects.
Outline IT capabilities for DSCS scope in capital projects.
