Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Transformation to design and deliver a unified digital foundation for Global Sourcing & Procurement. You will connect processes, data, and systems to enable automation, analytics, and AI at scale, bridging strategy with hands-on solution delivery.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, build prototypes, and drive measurable value through technology adoption and iterative delivery in a global context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Advanced degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology, analytics, process improvement, product management, consulting, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

Map end-to-end processes, systems, data, analytics and user experiences across Global Supplier Management & Procurement.
Orchestrate connections between priorities, digital initiatives, reporting, applications, and a Databricks data foundation.
Develop prototypes, analytics, automation, and scalable solutions using SQL, Databricks, Power Platform, Celonis, SAP, and AI-enabled technologies.
Establish transparent metrics and drive business outcomes through governance and accountability.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
