Job summary

JNR Adjustment Company, Inc. is seeking a Review and Disposition Representative to manage a high-volume collection pipeline and make final disposition decisions.

You will conduct outbound/inbound calls to recover balances, document all activities in our claims systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires at least 5 years in corporate/commercial collections, a valid Collector License, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a quiet, secure home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a corporate or commercial collection environment.
• Must possess a valid Collector License or meet the state regulatory requirements immediately upon hire.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Exceptional telephone skills, active listening, and strong negotiation capabilities, with stamina for high call volumes.
• Proven alphanumeric typing skills of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
• A quiet, dedicated home office space with high-speed, secure Wi-Fi; company provides computer hardware and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Audit, track, and process a continuous pipeline of complex collection accounts to determine dispositions (standard recovery, settlement, or escalation).
• Maintain a high daily volume of outbound and inbound calls to debtors, businesses, and carriers to negotiate payments and resolve disputes.
• Keep precise real-time records of collection notes, payment arrangements, and account changes in proprietary databases and tracking platforms.
• Adhere to industry, federal, and state collection regulations and client requirements.

Review and Disposition Representative

The Review and Disposition Representative is a critical, individual contributor role within our structured claims recovery operations. This position is tailored for high-stamina, process-driven collection professionals who excel at managing high-volume account pipelines. You will be responsible for evaluating complex commercial or consumer collection files, making final resolution determinations (dispositions), and executing outbound/inbound telephone campaigns to recover outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Disposition Management: Actively audit, track, and process a continuous pipeline of complex collection accounts. Evaluate file details to determine the appropriate next steps (disposition), such as standard recovery, settlement negotiation, or escalation for legal review.
• High-Volume Communication: Maintain a steady daily volume of outbound and inbound telephone calls to debtors, businesses, and insurance carriers to negotiate payments and resolve disputes.
• Data Integrity: Keep precise, real-time records of collection notes, payment arrangements, and account changes within proprietary claims databases and tracking platforms.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to industry compliance standards, federal and state collection regulations, and specialized client requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a corporate or commercial collection environment.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid Collector License (or meet the state regulatory requirements to hold one immediately upon hire).
• Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and comfortable navigating specialized collection or claims software.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional telephone skills, active listening, and strong negotiation capabilities, with the stamina to handle high call volumes daily.
• Data Entry Speed: Proven alphanumeric typing skills of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
