Job summary

You will partner with executives, managers, and champions to embed new ways of working, build change capability, and measure adoption, with a focus on meaningful outcomes and sustainable behavior change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Significant progressive experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Experience leading large-scale change in a complex org.
• Ability to coach senior leaders and executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute change strategies for R&D initiatives.
• Partner with program teams and adapt approaches to org needs.
• Coach executives to lead teams through change.
• Communicate clearly and model new behaviors.
• Build Change Champion networks across R&D functions.
• Develop training that supports adoption and new ways of working.
• Measure adoption and guide corrective actions.
