Job summary

Elanco is seeking an R&D Organizational Change Management Lead to drive change strategies for R&D initiatives, including data and AI digital transformation. You will work with leaders and staff to build commitment, address resistance, and create lasting changes in behaviors and operations.

The role emphasizes practical, hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the evolution of change capability within R&D.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, HR, Business, Communication, or related field.
Significant progressive Organizational Change Management experience with large-scale adoption.
Experience working across all organizational levels, from frontline staff to executives.
Proven ability to coach managers, senior leaders, and sponsors through transformation.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to translate complex concepts.
Hands-on leadership style with pragmatic problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Design and execute practical change strategies for R&D initiatives and AI/data transformations.
Coach executive sponsors, managers, and leaders to model new behaviors and remove roadblocks.
Build a Change Champion network and engage teams to understand impact on day-to-day work.
Develop role-based learning and enablement to drive behavioral adoption.
Define adoption metrics and dashboards to guide actions and demonstrate value.
Establish plans, milestones, and accountability to sustain progress across the organization.
